1. About Cat Servants Club

Cat Servants Club (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and online store. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party production partner, Printful, using facilities based on availability. Payments and ecommerce services are powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility & Use

By using this site, you confirm that you are legally considered an adult in your place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

You also agree that:

Any information you provide is accurate and complete
You will only use this website for lawful purposes
You will not misuse the site, its content, or its services

3. Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colour, texture, and sizing. However, due to differences in screens and lighting, the actual product may vary slightly from what you see online.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products at any time
Limit quantities per customer when necessary

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase a product from Cat Servants Club. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Orders are submitted for approval before production begins. Once an order has been approved and enters production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States only.

All items are printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, and may ship from different facilities depending on availability and location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs or logistical disruptions
Events outside our control

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which can be found at the footer of our website at catservantsclub.com.

Because items are made to order, we do not accept general returns due to change of mind or sizing errors.
