Return & Refund Policy — Cat Servants Club

Shipping Availability & Fulfilment Process

At this time, Cat Servants Club ships exclusively to Canada and the United States.

All of our products are made to order. This means that each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed, rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

We work with a production and fulfilment partner, Printful, who prints and ships your item from one of their available fulfilment facilities based on product type, stock availability, and location. These facilities may be located in different countries.

Because of this made-to-order model, we are unable to resell returned items.

Why We Do Not Accept General Returns or Exchanges

Since each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Incorrect address entry

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

Unlike traditional retail, made-to-order items cannot be restocked and sold again. This policy helps us reduce waste, minimize environmental impact, and keep our pricing fair for all customers.

For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and order details before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong design, colour, or item)

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted, as they fall outside our ability to file a claim with our fulfilment partner.

When emailing us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem (including the packaging, if possible)

Once we receive and review this information, we will determine the next steps.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
    or

  • A full or partial refund

In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrectly fulfilled:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

These limitations exist because made-to-order products cannot be resold or reused.

Return Shipping

Because our items are made to order, returns are not usually required.

If a return is required for any reason and approved by Cat Servants Club, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in writing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size, colour, or design, the quickest way to resolve this is to place a new order for the correct item.

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds

  • This timeline is outside our control
