Shipping Policy — Cat Servants Club

At this time, Cat Servants Club ships within Canada and the United States only.

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders may be printed and shipped from different facilities depending on product availability and customer location.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed on catservantsclub.com, it is queued for approval before going into production.

Production begins after the order has been approved. Because each item is made to order, processing and production typically take 2–5 business days before shipping.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After production, shipping time depends on destination and carrier:

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or natural events

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

  • Peak season demand

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The products in your order

  • The selected shipping method

You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Customs & Duties

Cat Servants Club currently ships orders to Canada and the United States only.

All items are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, which operates facilities in multiple countries. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from a location outside your country.

If your order is fulfilled internationally, it may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes determined by your local government. These charges are not controlled by Cat Servants Club and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cat Servants Club is not responsible for any customs or import charges incurred.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Cat Servants Club is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to address errors

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.
